The UN73 automated hematology analyzer is an automated analyzer designed to meet the needs of hematology testing with high accuracy and efficiency. This is a product of Dymind, capable of analyzing 3 components (CBC + 3DIFF) and 5 components of white blood cells (CBC + DIFF).
Analysis mode: CBC+3DIFF (3-part differential), CBC+5DIFF (5-part differential).
Working principle:
Dymind UN73 hematology analyzer operates on the following principles:
- Flow Cytometry: Uses three-angle laser light scattering technology to identify leukocyte components. This method allows detailed analysis of parameters such as cell size, intracellular complexity, and fluorescence properties.
- Impedance measurement method: Applied to count and differentiate blood cell types such as WBC, RBC and PLT. When cells pass through a small hole that is electrically charged, the change in impedance will indicate the number and size of cells.
- Spectrophotometry: This method measures the concentration of Hemoglobin (HGB) in the blood by analyzing light absorption without using cyanide, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
Analysis mode:
- CBC+5DIFF: Provides 31 parameters (including 25 reporting parameters and 6 research parameters), allowing detailed analysis of blood cell types.
- CBC+3DIFF: Provides 21 parameters, suitable for standard tests.
Analysis speed:
- CBC+5DIFF: 80 tests/hour.
- CBC+3DIFF: 90 tests/hour.
